As Pangea grows to impact more women and youth, our network continues to expand, and new partnerships formed. We are so incredibly excited and grateful to share with you, our loyal and committed supporters, that Together Women Rise has announced that Pangea is the recipient of a $50,000 grant to support our Kenyan Women’s Network Training of Trainers project.
This grant will help us train women who have participated in our Kenyan Women’s Network program to become local trainers in their communities across Kenya, allowing us to bring social and economic empowerment to more women more quickly and gain greater efficiency in our programming.
Together Women Rise is a powerful community of women and allies dedicated to global gender equality. TWR has hundreds of local chapters across the U.S. Members come together to learn about and advocate for gender equality issues, give grants to organizations that empower women and girls in low-income countries, and build community to forge meaningful connections that increase their strength and collective impact. www.togetherwomenrise.org
