In rural Kenya, a 13-year-old girl named Mary is preparing for something she’s never had before, a safe space to ask questions, learn about her body, and understand her rights. Next week, she’ll join 374 other girls beginning TUDAI, while 375 boys complete their final TUKAI workshop on respect and positive masculinity. This December, 750 young people will participate in Pangea’s Adolescent Sexual & Reproductive Health (ASRH) programs.
- 375 girls beginning TUDAI — learning about confidence, self-advocacy, bodily autonomy, menstrual health, and well-being.
- 375 boys completing TUKAI — building understanding of respect, emotional health, consent, and positive masculinity.
These programs bring youth together in safe circles where they can ask honest questions, challenge harmful norms, and discover the power of their own voices.
